Battlefield 3 Teaser Trailer Arrives
In what can be described as the smallest teaser trailer ever, DICE has officially blown the lid on Battlefield 3, announced this morning via Game Informer’s cover story. The 30 odd second trailer shows pretty much nothing apart from a few jets, choppers, soldiers, chaotic firefights and a few explosions. Standard stuff.
Luckily for us the Battlefield Blog has been more forthcoming with a lot more substantial information. It turns out DICE have really gone all out with Battlefield 3 and have introduced a full-fledged single campaign that can be played co-operatively as well. Yes, co-operative play. Also included are jets, 64-player multiplayer for the PC and the ability to go prone. Now that the cat’s out of the bag, expect details to trickle through regularly with a full blown reveal at GDC 2011. In the meantime, check out the teaser trailer below. Just don’t blink or you’ll miss it.
